Opal is a striking moonspotted doe and often the very first goat to greet visitors at the gate. Curious and outgoing, she loves to explore the world with her mouth — whether that’s nibbling your clothes, your hair, or whatever catches her interest. Her friendly, engaging personality makes her a favorite with guests. She also has easy-to-milk teats- Her teat length is the absolute best in our herd. Her orifices are wide and she milks out thick streams of milk. We’re hopeful for a high-producing year from this bright, inquisitive girl. Her teat length is the absolute best in our herd. Violet is one of the newer members of our herd and certainly one of the most visually stunning, with her black-and-white moonspots and striking bright blue eyes. More reserved and shy by nature, she is gentle, calm, and observant. This will be her first kidding, and we’re excited to see how her udder develops. Violet brings elegance and quiet beauty to the herd, and we look forward to watching her grow into her role as a milking doe.

Named after a character from a novel set at Asheville’s Biltmore Estate, Serafina is as gentle and charming as her name suggests. She is a sweet, calm doe with a lovely body and a well-formed udder featuring great teat placement and a strong arch. A wonderful mother with an easygoing temperament, Serafina is a joy to have in the herd, and we’re especially excited to see what she brings with her next kids this year.

Hazel Mae is the definition of sweet — docile, affectionate, and always right by your side. She eagerly seeks out human connection and has a kind, gentle presence that filled a space in our herd after the loss of our former queen. A first-generation Miniature Nubian, Hazel Mae is deeply loved and appreciated here, and we’re excited to see what she brings with her first kidding this year. She embodies the heart of our farm.

Monkey has great rear attachments. Her milk stream is thick and easy to milk. Monkey’s udder became more capacious in her 3rd freshening. It’s a joy to watch her grow and develop on our farm. She is our herd queen and her friendly disposition means she leads and cares for our herd well. Monkey kids easily and has a nice wide rump. In 2023 she kidding quintuplets unassisted.

Marilla is the daughter of our beloved former herd queen, who we lost in 2025, and she carries that legacy with quiet strength and grace. She is a lovely, well-balanced doe with a nice rump angle and a beautifully textured udder that milks easily. While more stoic by nature, Marilla has a soft side and is often found snuggled up with guests during goat yoga and cuddle sessions. She is a devoted, reliable mama and a doe we truly cherish on our farm.

Jadyn is a favorite of many! Her production and gentle nature are stand outs on our farm. Her udder has grown and matured into a very lovely udder with a great arch and teat placement. Her teat length is quite long for her breed, making her very easy to hand milk. Jadyn seems to be a favorite to milk out because of her supple udder.
